C&S earned another significant victory in its client’s defamation case against the Trump Campaign, Sidney Powell, Joe Oltmann, and others. The Colorado Court of Appeals issued an order affirming the Denver District Court’s denial of anti-SLAPP motions to dismiss filed by a dozen different defendants arising from their defamation of former Director of Strategy and Security for Dominion Voting Systems, Dr. Eric Coomer. C&S secured a $1 million dollar settlement in a class action lawsuit filed on behalf of former tenants at the D Street, East First Street, and F Street Apartments in Salida.
