Case K. Donovan enjoys a broad civil practice and has experience handling a variety of matters in state and federal courts across Texas—from cases involving contract disputes and business torts to claims for construction defects and professional negligence.

Case earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy with a concentration in ethics from Texas Tech University. After graduating, Case lived abroad in Australia and Southeast Asia before returning to Texas Tech to attend law school. Although he is a native Austinite, Case maintains a special appreciation for Lubbock and West Texas, going back whenever he can.

Case applies his problem-solving skills and personable nature to the practice of law, focusing on client needs and desires while leading them to favorable outcomes. Case’s approach aims to maximize results for his clients while minimizing both the time and cost involved in litigation.

In his free time, Case enjoys seeing live music, following Texas Tech sports, and spending time with his wife, Sara, and their two beautiful daughters.
