In 1982, Scotti began her professional career as a receptionist-runner for a small Austin law firm. Her responsibilities grew into those of legal secretary and legal assistant where she performed all aspects of support for partners and associates in the litigation setting at all size firms. Scotti has previously provided support to partners and associates at international firms, as well as mid-sized firms in Houston and Austin. In 2013, Scotti studied for and received her certification as a Professional Paralegal from NALS. NALS has a strong heritage in the legal field and holds the honor of being the oldest association formed for legal support professionals. Scotti supports partner Charlie Cain and associate Brad Kloewer out of the firm's Colorado office, as well as light litigation support for Austin partner Ryan Chapple. Scotti not only has over 40 years experience in the legal field, she is a valuable resource to the firm as its firm administrator.
