Charlie Cain and Steve Skarnulis started the firm in 2007. They recognized a need for a small, dynamic, law firm that could represent a variety of clients by providing both the high-end legal service of a large firm with the flexibility and personalized service of a smaller boutique. Rather than running every issue through a formulaic pattern, the partners wanted to develop client-specific strategies to achieve the best results possible.
Most clients focus on the bottom line, and Cain & Skarnulis provides flexible billing plans tailored specifically to each client’s needs. The firm’s belief system is simple: clients want the best services they can get for the best value.
The firm’s small size allows for competitive rates for hourly fees and, unlike many large firms, potential contingent fee cases are welcome. We provide flat-fee billing for some matters, particularly in entity formation and discrete transactional work.
