Charlie Cain grew up working in the construction business—his dad was a homebuilder—and he has a deep passion for handling and resolving construction disputes. A district court judge has ordered the removal of Jim White as trustee of the Jane White Trust effective immediately, finding that he committed “intentional breaches of fiduciary duty.”
