Webinar: Benefits and Challenges of Invoking Force Majeure Clauses in the Age of the Corona Virus
Firm partner Blair Dancy presented on a State Bar panel today about insurance in relation to the coronavirus crisis and force majeure clauses. The presentation was called, “Benefits and Challenges of Invoking Force Majeure Clauses in the Age of the Corona Virus.” It was reportedly the highest attended webinar in State Bar history to date (surpassing webinars on Hurricane Harvey and Obamacare) at 3169 attendees.
