Trial Victory in Easement Dispute in Archuleta County
C&S won another trial victory over disputed property rights, this time in Archuleta County, Colorado. Trial counsel Brad Kloewer prevailed in Huang et al v. Greer et al, on trespass and implied easement claims after the firm’s clients’ sewer line was wrongly cut and capped, resulting in substantial damages.
Following trial, the court issued an order sua sponte awarding attorney’s fees to Plaintiffs, finding that at least one of the Defendants’ defenses was substantially frivolous.
