C&S Partner Clint Rosenthal Obtains a Take-nothing Arbitration Award on Behalf of the Firm’s Client
On May 2, 2023, Cain & Skarnulis PLLC partner, Clint Rosenthal, obtained a take-nothing arbitration award on behalf of the firm’s client in a heated family dispute. The case was a trust dispute filed by beneficiaries of a family trust seeking to remove the client as trustee and claw back trust distributions.
The arbitrator awarded the client all fees and costs, so it was a complete win. The client was thrilled with the outcome, and we were honored to represent him.
