Blair Dancy Elected Chair-Elect of Insurance Section of the State Bar of Texas
The Firm congratulates partner Blair Dancy on being elected chair-elect of the Insurance Section of the State Bar of Texas for the 2024–25 bar year.
Blair will automatically become chair of the section in June 2025. The section provides services to more than 2400 members, including publication of the prestigious Journal of Texas Insurance Law (available on Westlaw), organization of the annual Advanced Insurance Law seminar with the bar, and routine updates on new cases and webinars on cutting edge issues, among other things. Blair has been an elected member of the insurance council since 2017 and has just completed two years of service as treasurer.
