Another Great Appellate Win for C&S Issued by the Seventh Court of Appeals
Another great appellate win for C&S issued by the Seventh Court of Appeals less than a week after presentation of oral argument. The Court reversed and rendered for the firm’s client on an indemnity issue in a divorce decree enforcement proceeding.
Great job to the appellate team headed up by partner Zach Bowman with briefing and oral argument assistance by associate Bethany Gingras. Bethany’s family law experience played a large part in the firm’s victory for the client. This is the firm’s first family law appellate victory.
