Yaya Chang has a diverse background, from managing constituent casework with former Texas State Representative Mark Strama to being a financial analyst, building cost model and DCF projections for solar and wind plants in the emerging market. Ms. Chang has also advised private equity firms on asset allocation in addition to interning with the Travis County District Attorney’s Office in the Special Victim’s Unit, as well as Discovery Communications in the Corporate Tax Department.
Ms. Chang graduated from Georgetown University cum laude, where she majored in Government. Ms. Chang then received her Master’s in Finance also from Georgetown in 2016 and J.D. from Notre Dame Law School in 2020. She is licensed to practice in the state of Texas.
