Brad Kloewer joined Cain & Skarnulis in the late summer of 2020, and is based out of the firm’s Colorado office. 

Brad’s practice covers a diverse range of civil litigation and appellate matters, including contract, construction defect, insurance bad faith, consumer protection, business tort, and personal injury.

Brad graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he was recognized as an award-winning student.  While there, he received the Dean’s Scholarship and the Scholastic Excellence Award for Contracts.  He served as a staff editor on the Water Law Review and worked at the Environmental Secretariat of the Central American Free Trade Agreement (CAFTA-DR) in Guatemala City.  In 2015, he won the Sutton Writing Competition, which resulted in the publication of his research in the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy, and a full ride scholarship to study at The Hague Academy of International Law in The Netherlands.

Prior to law school, Brad graduated from the University of Colorado with a B.A. in International Affairs.  He spent several years traveling the world and teaching English both in the United States and abroad.  He has lived in seven different countries and has traveled to more than more than fifty countries.

Brad is licensed to practice in the courts in the state of Colorado, as well as admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
